Ok since i saw some users using YouTube videos in the shoutbox, with getting some users internet lagging (like me on my crap internet connection ) cuase it will download FIRST the flash file from youtube, and then the video file. Also it takes alot of space in the shoutbox. So placing a youtube link when i see you will mean a shoutbox ban for you

Altough i have to come up with some fix for it

Shoutbox is currently deleted from "red-black" theme. It slow down the forum too much. If you need to use it, change theme for a short time. I will look for lighter version of shoutbox later on...

Question: Do we really need shoutbox? Usually all are just saying "hi" or some other useless sh*t
